ACME 2026 – Registration fees

Registration

The fee for a manuscript refers to the main author (first author). If the first author is not a PhD student, the fee is 250 Eur, even if some coauthors of that manuscript are more PhD students and if the presentation at the conference will be given by a doctoral student. It means, in that case, the doctoral school should approve the fee of 250 Eur.

The fee for other manuscripts with the same first author is 50 Eur per manuscript (even if the first author is a PhD student or not) as long as these manuscripts are presented by the same participant at the conference. If one (more) coauthor (coauthors) is (are) joining the first author, he/she (they) should pay a fee of 150 Eur per each participant

The fees include the lunches, gala dinner, ACME 2026 program, ACME 2026 conference proceedings.

Not any manuscript will be sent to Springer for publication if the conference fees are not payed.

Conference fees per submitted and accepted paper cover the participation of a single author. Any other author of the same paper, who wants to participate to the conference, should pay the fees for an accompanying person (150 Eur). Please make sure that you pay the bank transfer fee, so that the mentioned amount (or the equivalent in lei) enters the account mentioned below.
